Some dogs and cats are more prone to ear problems than others, the ear canal is curved in shape and with some breeds having thicker fur growing in the canal itself this can be the perfect environment for parasites and bacteria. Most cats and dogs will have a build up in the corners of their eyes on a regular basis.
